Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Website Redesign
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix runs the nations largest vintage street race and thusly has a long list of events that it hosts. Their previous website had a confusing navigation menu and did not properly highlight every event that was hosted. PVGP’s previous was also dated stylistically.
We developed an easy navigation menu for events and car shows, as well as brought a contemporary look to Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix’s online presence.
RESULT
We brought Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix’s website into the modern era with a responsive design and easy navigation for the large number of pages on their site.
Their site is easier to access to showcase their amazing event.

WEB DESIGN PROCEDURES
With all web design and development projects, we begin by developing a project plan based on the scope of the site and the business owner’s requirements.
Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix’s website functions primarily to showcase their events and offer news on the event. Given the high number of events and posts made on their site, we made it a priority to craft a site that had high-functionality and easy navigation.
For this project, we imported content and imagery from the previous website, so our primary goal was to increase functionality and design. This required having a proper layout for every page and ensuring the import worked as needed. After approving the design and implementing a highly functional navigation menu, we imported all content, signed off on the final product, and pushed the website live.
